By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the property and put up a boundary stone and assign patta with regard to the property consisting of 22 acres 85 cents comprised in Survey No.13, situated at Attanavur Village, Ealagiri Hills, Tirupathur Taluk, Vellore District in favour of the petitioner.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that it would be suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent within one week and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within four weeks from the date of submission of the representation by the petitioner.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
