Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time to comply the condition and execute the surety imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13356 of 2019, order dated 19.06.2019 in Crime No.44/2019 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KALAIYARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13356 of 2019 order dated 19.06.2019 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are prepared to pay a reasonable amount as donation to any charitable institution to be identified by this court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks' time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready to comply with the earlier order of this court on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten Thousand Only) as donation either in cash or demand draft or NEFT in favour of 'Kakkum Karangal, Santhome High https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
