This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Sessions Judge to complete the trial pending in S.C.No.352 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the 1/4

2nd accused in this case and he is going to apply for the examination conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Thus, he prays for earlier disposal of this case.

This Court finds from the records that First Information Report was registered on 27.09.2019 and the case was taken cognizance in S.C.No.352 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. This case is filed as a new case, no details were provided to this Court to show the pendency of the cases on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.
