ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 14.10.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.38669 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the counter parties and affording them an opportunity of hearing, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court the respondent conducted enquity and passed order by the proceeding dated 12.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.03.2026 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
