Heard Mr. M.S.Palaniswamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Seenivasan, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to inspect the Petitioner's machinery and issue required machinery certificate as requested the Petitioner's applications dated 17.02.2024 and 19.02.2024 for e-tender Notice No. 17/2024/D, dated 06.02.2024.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has produced a copy of the certificate dated 22.02.2024 granted the required machinery certificate and the same is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today. In view of the same, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition. 2/4
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid observations. No costs.
