ORDER

The petitioners, who are accused in Crime No.369/2016 for the offences under Sections 147 and 148, 294(b), 323, 324 IPC r/w Sec.3(1)(r) and 3(i)(s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2015, seek a direction to the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, to consider and dispose of their bail applications that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, there shall be a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The petitioners are directed to give advance notice to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before the said court. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
