2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35365 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
