PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Resolution dated 13.01.2012, on the file of the third respondent and quash the same, as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner herein as a Chairman of the Village Education Committee, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Programmes, in Narayanakuppam Panchayat as per the G.O. (Ms) No.108, dated 31.07.2003 (School Education (C2) Department.
