This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.27388 of 2024 passed by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai-8.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 143 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
