The present writ petition has been filed seeking a certiorarified mandamus calling for the auction notification passed by the first respondent dated 04.03.2011, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to redeliver the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-31-M-1757 Mahendra Tractor 575/2001.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
