O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court dated 03.12.2013 made in W.P.No.27859 of 2013 wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2013 within a time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would

submit the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, vide proceedings of the respondent in Lr.No.54594/L10/SM/LEGAL/SETC/2013 dated 06.05.2014. The learned Standing Counsel has also produced a copy of the said letter dated 06.05.2014.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings of the respondent dated 06.05.2014 in the manner known to law, if so advised.
