ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transferring the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2020 from the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some of the offence was voluntarily left out by the 2nd respondent police, while registering the case in Crime No.64 of 2020.

3. In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the material evidence to attract the other offences before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the Crime in Cr.No.64 of 2020. If any material evidence attracts the offence, as requested by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to alter the offence accordingly. Further, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
