Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner for the post of Mathematics Teacher as Permanent Teacher for the date of notification vide Reference No. 29118 1/4
/ DSE / Estt-III / A / 2023 dated 22-01-2024 and also provide the petitioner with all the service benefits and the salary with stipulated rate of interest for the date of notification vide Reference No. 29118 / DSE / Estt-II / D / 2018 dated 30.10.2018 to till date. To complete the recruitment as per the notification vide Reference No. 29118 / DSE / Estt-II / D / 2018 date 30-10-2018 by recruiting me as Guest Trained Graduate teacher for Mathematics under the category of OBC on Contractual basis in Yanam region and thereby directing the respondents to pay the minimum salary as per the post allocated to the petitioner and thereby further consider my representation dated 30.01.2024 directing the third respondent to complete the recruitment and pass appropriate orders on the same within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central 2/4
Administrative Tribunal in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
