ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one Vijaya, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
