ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed para no.5 (b) the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.186 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.186 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
