This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to measure the petitioner's land viz of properties in Survey No.32/2 to the total extent of 1.50 acres in Narasingapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been complied with and the respondents have conducted the survey on 01.02.2024 itself in the presence of writ petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 07.03.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
