This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21880 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025. Page No.1 of 3
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is busy complying with conditions in other cases and finds it difficult to comply with the condition on Tuesdays. Hence, he sought to modify the condition: instead of Tuesday and Saturday, he requested Saturday and Sunday.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for the period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
