This Writ Petition is filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the land and consequently restraining the respondents from constructing any building in the petitioner's land.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to make an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
