The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the salary, EPF dues, payment to LIC and other consequential monetary benefits are not paid to the employees of the third respondent/Sugar Mill. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the entitlements of the workmen are not met out by the Management for several months. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation on 22.12.2017, for earlier settlement of all the dues and the said representation is kept pending without any consideration. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. 3.In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 22.12.2017, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
