O.A.No.282 of 2022 O.A.No.282 of 2012 & A.Nos.2019 to 2021 of 2022 in O.P.No.257 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., On the last occasion, viz., 25.07.2022, the respondent had filed the case history of a psychiatrist, where the children were taken for consultation, wherein the said Doctor has recorded certain history of the children, hence this Court vide order dated 25.07.2022 suspended the visitation rights of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, a memo dated 08.08.2022 has been filed by the petitioner by duly serving a copy on the other side seeking permission of this Court to examine the child in any of the psychiatrist mentioned in the said memo.

3. The petitioner, viz., Nishanth Ravichandran is present before this Court along with his counsel. When this Court interacted with him, he submitted that he is ready to buy a house near the school, where the children are studying. In addition to that, he stated that he would pay a maintenance for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- per month and also provide a car. Further, the said car will be replaced every seven years. That apart, he submitted that he would take care of the education of the children and other expenses, if any, as and when required by the children. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
