This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner School, which is seeking for the upgradation of the vacant post of Secondary Grade Teacher to that of BT Assistant English.
2. The petitioner school is a linguistic minority school. The petitioner school has been sanctioned with the post of Secondary Grade Teacher.
