ORDER
The respondent/wife in a petition for divorce filed by the husband on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ponneri in H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2021 is the petitioner before this Court. The petitioner seeks to withdraw the same from the file of the Subordinate Court at Ponneri and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Alandhur.
2. The petitioner's reasons for seeking transfer is on the ground that the petitioner herein is living with her old aged parents and it is very difficult for her to travel 60 kms alone as her parents are fairly old and they cannot accompany her. She would also state that she is very poor and struggling for money for her day to day expenses.

3. The respondent/husband who has entered appearance has no serious objection for the transfer being made.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side.
5. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given by the petitioner for seeking the transfer and also no prejudice would be caused to the respondent/husband since the matter is only before the Sub-Court where the presence of party for every hearing is not mandatory the transfer petition can be ordered.
6. In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2021, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandhur.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
