Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the plots bearing Nos.59(an extent of 1640 sq.ft.) and 60(an extent of 1482 sq.ft.) total an extent of 3122 sq.ft. situate at Anjeneyapuram-2, comprised in S.No.64/7E of Pulikuthi Village, Avadi Taluk, Morai Revenue Village, Tiruvallur District and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the plots bearing Nos.59(an extent of 1640 sq.ft.) and 60(an extent of 1482 sq.ft.) total an extent of 3122 sq.ft. situate at Anjeneyapuram-2, comprised in S.No.64/7E of Pulikuthi Village, Avadi Taluk, Morai Revenue Village, Tiruvallur District and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 20.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 20.05.2021.
