The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2021 and grant permission to conduct business in the name and style of Login Beauty Parlour and Spa at Door No. 33/4, Ward A, Block No. 5, New T.S. No.10, Thirunagar Colony 3rd Street, Erode.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had entered into a lease deed with one S. Murugesan with respect to aforementioned property for conducting the aforementioned business.

3. However, it is stated that the respondents are interfering with the business. The petitioner had given a representation dated 13.02.2021.

Without entering into any further discussion, a direction is given particularly to the fifth respondent to forward a report relating to the functioning of the petitioner herein to the third respondent. The third respondent may thereafter conduct an enquiry with the petitioner and determine whether the petitioner's business is lawful in nature and impose necessary conditions. If the third respondent is of the opinion that the business is unlawful then necessary orders may be passed. Either way, an order must be passed by the third respondent on or before 17.03.2023.
