ORDER

The learned counsel for both sides are present. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that a writ petition has been filed in W.P.No.1211 of 2007 by the petitioner herein for the same relief, as prayed in the present writ petition, in the year 2007 and the same was dismissed by an order of this Court dated 03.02.2011. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General that the petitioner herein has filed a writ petition for the same relief

in W.P.No.1211 of 2007, which has already been dismissed by this Court by on 03.02.2011, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
