When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

2. Heard, Mr.N.Padmaboopathi, learned counsel for the intervenor.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
