An affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff enclosing the delivery reports. As seen from the same, the defendants have been duly served in these applications. Their names are also printed in the cause list today.

2.This Court, by its order dated 23.02.2024 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in these applications. Since the defendants have been duly served and no one has entered appearance on their behalf, they are set exparte by this Court and the interim injunction granted by this Court on 23.02.2024 in these applications is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.
