(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Elumalai S/o.Annamalai, who has been branded as 'Bootlegger' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.M.P.No.22/B.L.A./C2/2018 dated 12.06.2018. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of petitioner in C.M.P.No.22/B.L.A./C2/2018 dated 12.06.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3159, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 30.07.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
