Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direction in the nature of Writ to the First and Second Respondents to issue me copies of all documents and orders in writ petition 26781 of 2013 and Review Application 258 of 2014 in response to my applications for certified copies and subsequently pass orders directing the First Respondent to pay a sum of not less than Rupees Five Lakhs to me (Petitioner) as a token compensation for gross violation of my rights and for subjecting me to mental agony, etc as mentioned earlier. When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.04.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 12.04.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today also i.e on 12.04.2023, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
