This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take appropriate action to register the FIR on the complaint dated 31.05.2016 and investigate the same and pass final report in the above complaint.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 31.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.84/2016. On a reading of the said complaint it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated the date as to when the alleged incident had taken place. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case.

In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
