ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Sivapriya, aged 45 years, seeks parole to his wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court, under orders dated 15.02.2018 has granted Parole to the detenue viz., Sivapriya, for a period of three days commencing from 15.02.2018 at 5.00 p.m till 18.02.2018 at 5.00.p.m and directed the detenue to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Puzhal-III, (Women Prison), Chennai, by 5.00.p.m on 18.02.2018.

3. Recording the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in compliance to the order dated 15.02.2018, the detenue viz., Sivapriya has presented herself before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Puzhal-III, (Women Prison), Chennai and is now in judicial custody, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
