2.Rule of Contempt was issued by the Hon'ble First Bench on 23.11.2017.

Pursuant to which, Mrs.K.Sivasoundaravalli, District Revenue Officer/Assistant Commissioner, Zone - V, Greater Chennai Corporation,

Chennai has appeared before this Court and filed a compliance report.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the order and direction has been complied with. 4.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. The personal appearance of the respondent-contemnor is dispensed with.
