O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of

mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the enquiry proceeding initiated based on the petitioner's petition dated 01.08.2016 submitted before the 1st respondent within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation as early as on 01.08.2016, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far. 3.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2016 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 01.08.2016, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
