This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the proceedings Na.Ka.No.025/2014/R.V(a) dated 02.06.2014 and directing the second respondent to re-instate him in pursuance of the first respondent's letter Na.Ka.935/2015/A1 dated 07.12.2015 with continuity of service, all other attendant benefits and full back wages.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner limited his prayer only for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 23.06.2014 filed by the petitioner before the first respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal dated 23.06.014 filed by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
