ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.1742/2008 dated 15.02.2013, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondents vide proceedings of the Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Chengam, Tiruvannamalai District dated 05.02.2018 in Na.Ka.No.95/2015/A1 as well as the proceedings of the Assistant Director, Town Panchayats, Vellore Division, dated 27.03.2018 in Na.Ka.No.277/2012/Aa. He has also produced the copies of the said proceedings before this Court, which are taken on file and record. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
