[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.Veangai.I.Prakash Raj as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Mr.R.Siddharth that the entire building has been demolished and the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that in view of the steps taken by the learned counsel Mr.M.Elumalai, who was appearing for Veangaivasal Village Panchayat, encroachment has been removed. We place on record our appreciation for the efforts taken by Mr.M.Elumalai. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
