2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in the writ petition, viz., S.B.Kamalakannan is no more and hence, the present petition has been filed to implead his legal representative.

3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying the miscellaneous petition, this W.M.P is ordered as prayed for.
