This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed petitioners/appellants 1 to 3 as legal representatives of deceased sole appellant.

2. Mr.R.Lakshmi Narasimhan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, sole appellant died on 27.02.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.A.Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and stated that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the sole appellant is impleaded as appellants 1 to 3 in the above Second Appeal.
