J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the Appeal.

2. Despite notice, there is no representation for the respondent.

C.M.P.No.1833 of 2025 be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 03.09.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 04.09.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
