GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14692/2024/AA3 dated 03.02.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original order was not served on the petitioner, only a copy was sent to Whatsapp and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 37 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'37. I state that the Original Order was not served us and we received copy only to Whatsapp. Hence it may be Dispense with the copy that was provided through Whatsapp.' 1/3

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMPs ordered as prayed for . [M.S.J.,] [K.G.T.J.,] 10.03.2025 gpa (2/2) 2/3
