"Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw writ petition to approach for appropriate remedy for making appropriate applications and liberty may be granted." In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. In the event of the petitioners making such representations, the concerned authority shall consider and pass orders on the same as expeditiously as possible. Needless to state that each and every submission averred by the petitioners in their representations is to be adverted to and a reasoned order is required to be passed. No costs.
