ORDER

This sub application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2503 of 2024.

2.Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 28.03.2025, a report has been received from the Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri. The learned Judicial Magistrate has stated in the report that the closure report was filed on 03.04.2025 and RCS No.10 of 2025 was issued by the Court. As per the final report, the case has been closed as 'further action dropped'. In view of the same, a notice has been issued to the petitioner/complainant and the complainant has been directed to appear on 23.04.2025.

3.In the light of the above report, it is left open to the petitioner to file the protest petition before the concerned Court and workout the remedy in accordance with law.
