ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 10.08.2015 in W.P.No.24308 of 2015 directed the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said order has not been complied with by the third respondent herein within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Though the order passed by this court in W.P.No.24308 of 2015 dated 10.08.2015 has not been complied with, it appears from the order passed on 06.05.2016 that final order was passed by the District Revenue Officer (Stamps), District Collectors Office Complex, Coimbatore, in letter dated 28.06.2005. Therefore, a direction is issued to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the copy of the said order dated 28.06.2005 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so as to enable the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above direction, the contempt petition is closed. 28.09.2016 gv
