(CRIME NO.370 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant relaxation of the condition that to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30a.m until further orders in the order dated 20.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P No.1118/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1118 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
