No. 16474 of 2023 and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

It is represented by Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that in view of certain subsequent events that has taken place after the filing of these Writ Petitions, it has become necessary for the Petitioners to seek certain other reliefs, in addition to what has been sought in these cases. 3/6

In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions reserving the rights of the Petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition with comprehensive reliefs raising all contentions and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. It is needless to add here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the merits of the controversy involved in the matter and all questions are left open to be decided including the validity of the impugned orders in these Writ Petitions. In the result, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
