ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of nine months to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings are now at the stage of cross-examination on the side of the respondent. In view of the same, the time frame is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
