Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent that, the order under contempt has been complied with by the District Educational Officer, Ponneri vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1837/A4/2019, dated 28.09.2020, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal filed along with Condone Delay Petition.
