O R D E R

The relief sought for in this revision petition is to direct the Court of District Munsif, Krishnagiri for earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.124 of 2016.

2. The Revision petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.124 of 2016 before the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri for declaration of legal heirs of the deceased one Savithiriyammal. Since, the suit is for issuance of legal heir

certificate, hence the revision petitioner is before this Court for earlier disposal of the suit.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court for earlier disposal of the suit.

5. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 18.06.2018 Index:Yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order vum
