The applicants seek condonation of delay in the submission of Form-66 to the respondent.

2.The applicants state that the husband of the 1st applicant and the son of the 2nd applicant was a worker in the company in liquidation. They were unaware about the liquidation proceedings until recently. Immediately upon coming to know about the same, it is stated that the claim form was submitted on 23.04.2019 and rejected on account of the delay in the submission thereof. 3.Upon examining the affidavit filed in support of the application and on being satisfied with the reasons set out therein for condonation of delay, the present application is allowed subject to the condition that the applicants shall submit all necessary forms to prove the debt to the official liquidation within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 12.11.2021 smv 1/2
