SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY In Tiruvallur District, Tiruttani Sub District, Tiruttani Taluk No.77/31, Poonimangadu Village accounts, land situate in Poonimangadu Village in Old S.No.398/1, New S.No.398/1A and 398/1B of the extent of Hec 1.64.

00(4 acres and 5 cents) bounded by North by S.No.401, East by S.No.399, South by S.No.398/2 and 398/3 and West by S.No.397.

Order : This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Sixth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the (i) earlier order dated 11.02.2020 and letter dated 23/06/2021 vide D.No.281/2021 from the District Munsif, Tiruttani (ii)earlier order dated 11.02.2020 and letter dated 28/06/2021 vide D.No.4030/A/2021 from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur(iii) earlier order dated 30.07.2021 and letter dated 4/12/2021 vide D.No.504/2021 from the District Munsif,Tiruttani (iv)earlier order dated 30.07.2021 and letter dated 14/12/2021 vide D.No.7821/A/2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 11.02.2020, this Court disposed the C.R.P. (PD).No.901 of 2015, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, by a letter to the Registry dated 23.06.2021, sought extension of time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.129 of 2011. This Court by the order dated 30.07.2021, granted four months time to dispose of the said suit. 3.Again the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, by the letter to the Registry dated 04.12.2021 seeks further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.129 of 2011 on the ground that the plaintiff and defendant counsel did not let in evidence in the suit and hence, the case could not be disposed within four months. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, further three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.129 of 2011, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
